Andrew Dolhy is a Certified Professional Ergonomist with 25 years of experience in private industry, government, and the MFL Occupational Health Centre. Andrew has completed ten WCB of Manitoba-funded ergonomics projects and developed and teaches a 40-hour industrial ergonomics course at Red River College. Andrew was on the Minister of Labour’s Advisory Council from 2008 – 2014.

Holding our poses at different ranges of motion, we gain isometric strength. Combining body toning rounds of Sun Salutations with strong standing postures that target and sculpt all major muscle groups and defines your arms, chest, abs, legs, and butt muscles.

Tricia Klassen has been the Fitness Centre Manager at the University of Winnipeg for 13 years. She has been helping people meet their fitness goals for 30 years and is certified in MFC Group Fitness, Barre Above, YogaFit, TRX Yoga, Fitness Instructor Specialist, and Personal Training Specialist.

Linda Harrison is the University of Winnipeg’s Employee Health and Wellness Specialist. She has 20 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist. She is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Certified Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Advisor.
