Winter Session January 9th - April 30th, 2023

Location -RecPlex Track

Strength is defined as the physical energy that you have, which gives you the ability to perform various actions, such as lifting and moving. This class has been designed to improve balance, stability and strength while developing muscle awareness. This class is great for all fitness levels!

-This class is included with your Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre Membership.

- Please wear comfortable fitness attire, bring a water bottle and arrive on time.

- Equipment must be cleaned after use

- Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and please let the instructor know if it’s your first time.

- To register please login to the member portal and select the time and day(s) you would like to participate.

If you are unable to attend a class you have registered for please cancel your registration with the following steps.

=> Step 1Log into the member portal

=> Step 2Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner & select profile from the drop down menu

=> Step 3Select programs

=> Step 4Click on the three red dots beside the program you want to cancel

=> Step 5Select cancel registration.

- Registration will open 14 days prior to each class.

Please note if you do not see the class date listed for registration, the class has been cancelled for that day.
