LOCATION SHOOTS

Film students are allowed to use ACTF and main campus buildings for film shoots with appropriate permission and paperwork.

Please use theRehearsal Room Booking formto book spaces within the ACTF. A minimum of 24 working hours is required (i.e., don't send the form Friday for a Monday booking).

Please use theUW Film Location Shoot Authorization Formfor Main Campus requests. Read the form carefully, provide as much information as possible, and be sure to get permission from area Managers if required before submitting your form.

Several layers of permission are required for Main Campus shoots so a minimum of two weeks notice is required.

If you are considering locations off-campus, please make sure you speak to your Instructor about the appropriate authorizations and paperwork. Third-party insurance may be available for you through the University; please see the department office at 3T03 for information.
